DCCCuk Annual Holiday 2012

Saturday 28th July 2012 till Saturday 4th August 2012
(7 nights / one week at DCCCuk Annual Holiday)

Woodlands Caravan Park is situated in a pleasantly wooded site in the most historic and

beautiful conservation area to Norfolk, being close to Sheringham and Cromer , and uncrowded beaches.

One Week DCCCuk Annual Holiday (7 nights) :-

From Saturday 28th July till Saturday 4th August, the cost of £110.00 including awning and electric hook-up, it will be requested a £20.00 deposit (non-refundable).

For the Tent and Rent :-
Unfortunately this site regards that tents are not permitted and
do not have static caravans for rent.

Facilities :-
Woodlands Caravan Park has excellent onsite facilities, there are launderettes, shower/toilet facilities (including disabled & baby changing), a well stocked shop and gas cylinders for sale, also there is a lounge bar and a family bar. Children will love the large enclosed play area with climbing frames, swings, slides, etc.

Discount at the Leisure :-

You could get some discounted rates at a leisure centre (Pinewood Park Leisure) that you will find a 25 metres heated indoor pool and children’s pool, GYM, sauna, steam room and spa bath.

£15.00 for a full weekend.
Rally field can be used of toilet & washroom when the club is opened.
The Bar is provided at the site in the Social Room.

Deadline for deposit :-
The full payment to be posted before deadline on Sunday 30th September 2012.

AGM & Finance Report :-
The report will be sent after you send your full payment (£15.00) to placement for the DCCCuk AGM, and the members would like to send the motion including two persons for proposal and seconded whose must be approval to sign this sending motion, to DCCCuk secretary before the deadline on Sunday 30th September 2012.

Visiting on the day :-
For the DCCCuk members would like to visit the DCCCuk AGM on the day, you will be mostly welcome and you better before your visit to inform your DCCCuk secretary for your copied reports, or those members are unable to attend the AGM, you can get a copied report from the DCCCuk secretary.
(Non-members will not get the reports or correspondence the meetings, but can be only for observing.)

New Election Officer :-
This year new election officer will be placement for three years 2013 – 2016 as a new DCCCuk Secretary.
