2015 CDC Rally No.02 – Newton Mill Holiday Park (Bath, Somerset)

Eight units of deaf members from North, London and Midlands region
to join CDC (Central Deaf Camping) arrived the site
in bath, Somerset for Whitsun Bank Holiday weekend.

Happy 80th Birthday, Joan!
Good to see some 80th Birthday banners and some balloons
flied on Derek’s caravan and his car to surprise for his mum’s 80th Birthday
that Joan Rowley was delighted to see them.

Funds Raising
Sandra and I made some scone and cheesecake to sell to raise money
for CDC that everybody enjoyed to eat delicious cakes.

Bath, Somerset
On Saturday 23rd, we all went to Bath for the Roman Bath in Bath which provides by the World famous hot springs at the Roman Bath,
rather unique experience for all of us, and walkable with Grand Georgian shopping streets
that presents some of finest Georgian architecture with a fabulous selection of small independent shops.
then to followed the evening we played some Quiz games and socialising at the camping site with a lovely warm evening.

Graham and myself went Bath by biking that we enjoyed to explore!
Each nights, we had laughing chat, also played some quiz games, and nice pubs nearby the site.

On Sunday 24th, some people walked to the town in Bath and others went to Bath by the Bus.
Graham and I rode our bikes to Bath. That were great weekend, specially nice celebrated for Joan’s 80th birthday.

Our next event
Looking forwards our next rally at Bloxham in Oxfordshire, mainstream with WDC (Welcome Deaf Campers)
for the Summer Weekend to see the exhibition of 2015 Bloxham Vintage Stream Rally.
